2008/05/08  F4FCS,  F6AXN and F5RAB

leaving Chartres.

Lannion's VHF beacon F5XSF on 144,409 MHz 50W in 9elts beaming east. F6AXN remembering his past in Lezardrieux harbour. F4FCS, F6AXN and Jean-Louis a lighthouse keeper, old friend of F6AXN, who invited us for a meal and overnight in Perros-Guirec.

2008/05/09  .Checking the Zodiac and savety accessories, compass and map. F6DPD joined us and helps transferring  the equipment from car to boat. Ready to go ! Keeping the camera in the hand

2008/05/09  .Off we go Captain F6AXN : "where are those navigation lights ?" Clip 1, don't look if you have boat sickness ! (1min08s) And now landing and taking out all the equipment.

2008/05/09 F6AXN and F6DPD trying to fill in a little boat, but it was porous so we couldn't use it and had to move the big one every 1/2 hour to keep it from hitting the quay. Next work is to carry all the equipment to the top of the island, 40 m higher ! Why not a "téléphérique" ? There we are, 40 m above sea level, and everybody will tell you it's a long long way !!

2008/05/09 At last the pile up ! F6AXN going back to continent to fetch F4BCG (who just gets out of one day in the hospital because of a boat accident) Antenna can be seen in front of lighthouse. F6AXN back for the pile up
